Development of the salt tailings pile for 2017-2018. Increase in the storage space of halitic waste until 2045 processing plant of 4th PU. Second stage

The area of the object is 47 ha. A geomembrane anti-filtration screen of 470,000 m2 has been laid.

A full range of works on the device of an anti-filtration screen has been carried out:

  • leveling operation;

  • laying a geomembrane with a thickness of 1 mm.;

  • laying of a protective layer of mineral soil.

After the device of the anti-filtration screen is completed:

  • filling of the dam along the perimeter of the salt tailings pile;

  • strengthening the slopes of dams by sowing grasses;

  • laying of the brine pipe;

  • installation of the LK-1400 conveyor belt (length 320 meters);

  • installation of the LK-1400 conveyor belt (length 290 meters);

  • construction of hydraulic unit for pressing and drainage brines.
