Metalwork and non-standard equipment 

In 2016  Passat LLC has established the workshop for the manufacture of metalwork  and non-standard equipment. Currently, the company has all of the necessary equipment, production facilities and specialists  with sufficient experience. The company has the opportunity to produce in any volume the metal structures and non-standard equipment, which are necessary for the construction facilities. This allows Passat to quickly solve production issues related to construction and installation works. 

Passat produces: 

• metal structures

-  farms, columns, crossbars, racks, crane beams, etc. for frame buildings and structures, transshipment units, transformer galleries, pipe racks; 

- complex metal structures for the mining industry and chemical industries.

• non-standard equipment

- light aeration lamps for buildings and manufacturing facility;

- streaming, flow dividers, hopper-loaders, equipment, systems for various options and sizes of technological processes in the mining and industrial industries.

Woodworking production 

Passat LLC has organized its own woodworking production. 

The main products are lumber and associated wood waste. The company provides integrated wood processing, performs biological and chemical protection. 

The production area is divided into several technological areas: 

• preparation of logs for sawing,
  

• forming of a section of lumber,
  

• processing of finished lumber and processing of secondary products.
  

Each section has its own machine system.

Production almost fully covers the needs of the company during construction and installation works. Sawn timber is prepared in accordance with design and technological requirements and standards.

The production capacity allows Passat to export a quarter of the output. There are opportunities for individual manufacturing according to the sizes submitted by the customer.
