For 25 years of activity, the company has developed all its resources with the goal of maximally effectively fulfilling its obligations to customers. The Passat independently performs the following works at different stages of construction:


1. geodetic works; 
2. building of footing and foundations; 
3. monolithic construction; 
4. installation of concrete, reinforced concrete, steel bearing, wooden bearing, reinforced stone structures, technological pipelines; 
5. facade facing, installation of facade insulation systems and roofs; 
6. performance of plumbing and electrical work; 
7. arrangement of external and internal heat supply networks; 
8. installation of ventilation and air conditioning systems;
9. construction of roads, airfields, bridges, overpasses and overpasses, improvement; 
10. hydraulic engineering and land reclamation construction.
