The facility of the Plant for the ammonium nitrate production handed

Passat, LLC constructed its facility of the Plant for the ammonium nitrate production. The customer took the entire plant into operation and has already received the first batch of the product. 

The construction of this large-scale and unique in the Republic of Belarus plant for the production potassium nitrate was completed in early November 2019. The customer was JSC “Belaruskali” and the Chinese company Migao, LLC.  

Passat, LLC performed work on the construction of the ammonium nitrate acceptance and dissolution unit. This building is one of the key buildings in the production of the product. The fertilizer is produced using Migao technology by converting ammonium nitrate and potassium chloride. The raw material used is small-scale technical potassium chloride, produced at the Production Unit 4, and ammonium nitrate from Russia.

As part of the construction of the ammonium nitrate acceptance and dissolution unit, a concrete platform was prepared for unloading railway trains, a separate production building was constructed, and the necessary technological equipment was installed. Passat specialists put the facility into operation as one of the first among all 30 buildings and structures by the built plant.
